We embarked on building a new home with no experience and very vague ideas on what we wanted. From the first discussion with Mark he was easy to communicate with and within no time we had our beautiful home completed. The entire process was stress free from our side and where we disappointed with anything. Each time we visited the site it was spotless and all the trades people on site were always very welcoming and happy to answer questions. Mark took an interest, not only in the house, but the whole project and offered advice and assistance with the pool, yard and fencing. The Single biggest thing that seems to set his business apart from many other builders you hear about is the dedication to service once the job is completed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, and he has returned whenever we have had a question. Mark has since assisted with renovation work to our investment property that was also done extremely well, and the tenant couldn’t have been happier. Mark and his team transformed a traditional three bed home into a contemporary bright and airy office space for the MAPS team in Maroochydore. Nothing was too much trouble and the work he carried out was on time, budget and to a high specification.
