Prior to any works commencing, the team first had to create a sub-division clearing of the existing trees and submit a development application to the council.  Mark Mayfield, Managing Director of Maymar Constructions guided the client through every inch of the design and development process and offered relevant and reliable contractors to support to assist with the entire process.
